E9 Coins and delivery
E9 Coins are digital credits for eligible chapters and digital content within ECLIPSE 9. Packages are one-time purchases, not monthly subscriptions.
Payments are not open yet. Coins will be credited only after the payment provider confirms success. Do not transfer money outside checkout.
Coins and bonuses expire 6 months after they are credited following successful payment. Credits expiring first are spent first. Expiry does not remove previously unlocked chapters.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before paying. After payment, duplicate charges, missing coins and system errors are reviewed individually. A refund is not automatic.
Contact admin@eclipse9.com with your order reference, payment date, amount and issue. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will investigate the payment and coin ledger and notify you of the result and any applicable refund process.
